The total cost of building a site is typically £375.  The breakdown is;

Designing and Creating the site - £245

Purchasing the domain - £10 per year

Hosting the site - £ 120 per year

The design and creation of your site is a one off fee, of which £100 would be expected as a deposit, and the remainder paid once you're happy with the the site and ready to launch.

The domain is basically the name of the site, so our domain is RapidSites.co.uk. These are typically £10 if unclaimed and then £10 per year to keep. If you already have a domain purchased, that's great we will deduct £10 from the final bill. 

By hosting the site, we mean where the site sits on the internet. The files and information that makes up your site have to be stored somewhere that is permanently available and online, and this service is offered by various companies. There is a monthly cost of £10, but could vary in the future.

The cost of purchasing the domain and hosting sites goes straight to those providing the service and is sadly unavoidable. This will need to be paid on either monthly or yearly basis, but the first year is included in the £375.
